Purposes & Objectives

  • Provides a forum for property people to meet, mix and extend professional and academic interests.
  • Provides a vehicle for social contacts between members by way of organised visits to buildings, sites and projects of special interest and through a range of social activities for members and their partners.

Membership

  • The Property People's Network is an interdisciplinary Society. Membership is open to all who have an interest in land and property. This will include surveyors, engineers, planners, architects, agents, lawyers, investors and academics and all others with an interest in property.

How do I apply for membership?

  • Complete the application form and send it with your remittance to the address shown at the bottom of the form. Membership form requires Adobe Reader. FR
  • Allow 10-14 days for your membership to be processed. You will then receive a copy of the current Newsletter, membership list and details of the current programme
 

Benefits

  • Social occasions which include a major luncheon and a spring luncheon, visits to places of interests, and two Golf Days.
  • Two Newsletters each year containing Society news and occasional pieces of current interest written by members or guest contributors.
  • Two editions of CEMicircular, a bulletin published by the College of Estate Management and issued to all students following pre and postgraduate courses. It contains information of importance and interest related to professional expertise and competence. It also provides a selective update of current case law and legislation.
  • A programme of events which normally includes visits to buildings and developments and social events.
  • Listing in the Members' Year Book.

UK Based?

  • Although the majority of members will be UK based, Members from outside the UK are most warmly welcomed.
