Thank you for checking out our website and I hope you will find this site of interest and will want to join our organisation.
Property People’s Network was founded in 2003 and took over from what were the Charter Society and the BSc Club. The BSc Club was formed in 1926 when the College of Estate Management was based in St Albans Grove Kensington. Subsequent to the College’s move to Reading the Charter Society was formed.
The focus of PPN is predominately social and networking. There is an annual lunch at the House of Lords, which is always well attended, two golf days, a wine tasting evening which normally takes place every November and visits to various buildings both historic and modern commercial. Most recently we have been privileged to have had ‘behind the scenes’ tours of the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace. In addition we visited St Pancras both during and immediately after its refurbishment and White City during its construction to name a few.
PPN is interdisciplinary and membership is open to all who have an interest in land and property. Our annual membership fee is only £35, payable by standing order, and for that we will keep you informed of the trips and inspections we have arranged for buildings of special interest, invitations to our golf days and our lunches, particularly our annual lunch at the House of Lords.
I look forward to meeting you at one of our events.
Best wishes
